SEC. 1306. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS. Section 394A of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280b-3) is amended by striking “and” after “1994” and by inserting before the period the following: “, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2001 through 2005.”.
