INDEPENDENT AGENCY National Credit Union Administration central liquidity facility During fiscal year 2000, gross obligations of the Central Liquidity Facility for the principal amount of new direct loans to member credit unions shall not exceed the amount authorized by title III of the National Credit Union Central Liquidity Facility Act (12 U.S.C. 1795).
