Sec. 3013. Notwithstanding section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959, of the amounts appropriated for fiscal year 1999 under the Housing for Special Populations heading in title II of Public Law 105–276, $1,000,000 shall be made available to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development for work113 STAT. 99 associated with the building of Caritas House and for expansion of the St. Ann Adult Medical Day Care facility as directed by the Senate Report and Conference Report for such Act.
