Sec. 3026. The Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1999 (as contained in division A, section 101(b) of the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 (Public Law 105–277)) is amended—(a) in title I, under the heading “Legal Activities, Salaries and Expenses, General Legal Activities”, by inserting “and shall remain available until September 30, 2000” after “Holocaust Assets in the United States”; and (b) in title IV, under the heading “Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Salaries and Expenses”, by inserting “and shall remain available until September 30, 2000” after “Holocaust Assets in the United States”.
