DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Forest Service wildland fire management Of the funds made available under this heading for fire operations in previous Acts of appropriation (exclusive of amounts for hazardous fuels reduction), $100,000,000 shall be transferred to the Knutson–Vandenberg fund established pursuant to section 3 of Public Law 71–319 (16 U.S.C. 576 et seq.) within 10 days of the enactment of this Act.
