ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL CAPITOL Capitol Buildings and Grounds house office buildings house page dormitory For necessary expenses for a House Page Dormitory, $3,760,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the Architect of the Capitol shall transfer to the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives such portion of the funds made available under this paragraph as may be required for expenses incurred by the Chief Administrative Officer, subject to the approval of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives: Provided further, That section 3709 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (41 U.S.C. 5) shall not apply to the funds made available under this paragraph.
