Sec. 2004. Notwithstanding section 5064(d) of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (Public Law103–355), the special authorities provided under section 5064(c) of such Act shall apply with respect to all contracts awarded or modifications executed for the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) program from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 2000: Provided, That the Secretary of Defense may award JDAM contracts and modifications on the same terms and conditions as contained in the JDAM contract F08626–94–C–0003.
