SEC. 2150. CERTAIN WEAVING MACHINES. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 113 STAT. 146 “ 9902.84.10 Power weaving machines (looms), shuttle type, for weaving fabrics of a width exceeding 30 cm but not exceeding 4.9m (provided for in subheading 8446.21.50), if entered without off loom or large loom take–ups, drop wires, heddles, reeds, harness frames or beams ....
