SEC. 2204. PANTERA. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.29.09 (+/-)–Tetrahydrofurfuryl (R)–2[4–(6–chloroquinoxalin–2–yloxy)phenoxyl propanoate (CAS No. 119738–06–6) (provided for in subheading 2909.30.40) and any mixtures containing such compound (provided for in subheading 3808.30) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2001 ”.
