(a) In General.— Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.33.61 ((3–((Dimethylamino)carbonyl)–2–pyridinyl)sulfonyl) carbamic acid, phenyl ester (CAS No. 112006–94–7) (provided for in subheading 2935.00.75) .................................... 8.3% No change No change On or before 12/31/99 ”. 113 STAT. 163 (b) Rate Adjustment for 2000.— Heading 9902.33.61, as added by subsection (a), is amended— (1) by striking “8.3%” and inserting “7.6%”; and (2) by striking “12/31/99” and inserting “12/31/2000”. (c) Effective Date for Adjustment.— The amendments made by subsection (b) apply to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, after December 31, 1999.
