SEC. 2405. INCLUSION OF COMMERCIAL IMPORTATION DATA FROM FOREIGN–TRADE ZONES UNDER THE NATIONAL CUSTOMS AUTOMATION PROGRAM. Section 411 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1411) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(c) Foreign–Trade Zones.— Not later than January 1, 2000, the Secretary shall provide for the inclusion of commercial importation data from foreign–trade zones under the Program.“.
