WATER RESISTANT WOOL TROUSERS.

SEC. 2411. WATER RESISTANT WOOL TROUSERS. Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 or any other provision of law, upon proper request filed with the Customs Service within 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, any entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption— (1) that was made after December 31, 1988, and before January 1, 1995; and (2) that would have been classifiable under subheading 6203.41.05 or 6204.61.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and would have had a lower rate of duty, if such entry or withdrawal had been made on January 1, 1995, shall be liquidated or reliquidated as if such entry or withdrawal had been made on January 1, 1995.
