SEC. 2419. DUTY DRAWBACK FOR METHYL TERTIARY–BUTYL ETHER (“MTBE”). (a) In General.— Section 313(p)(3)(A)(i)(I) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1313(p)(3)(A)(i)(I)) is amended by striking “and 2902” and inserting “2902, and 2909.19.14”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act, and shall apply to drawback claims filed on and after such date.
