SEC. 1205. FEDERAL VICTIMS COUNSELORS. Section 40114 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (Public Law 103–322; 108 Stat. 1910) is amended by striking “(such as District of Columbia)—” and all that follows and inserting “(such as District of Columbia), $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005.”.
