SEC. 103. UNIFORM SALARIES FOR INSPECTORS GENERAL. (a) Uniform Salaries.— Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraphs: “Inspector General, Department of Commerce. “Inspector General, Department of the Interior. “Inspector General, Department of Justice. “Inspector General, Department of the Treasury. “Inspector General, Agency for International Development. “Inspector General, Environmental Protection Agency. “Inspector General, Federal Emergency Management Agency.102 STAT. 2522 “Inspector General, General Services Administration. “Inspector General, National Aeronautics and Space Administration. “Inspector General, Nuclear Regulatory Commission. “Inspector General, Office of Personnel Management. “Inspector General, Railroad Retirement Board. “Inspector General, Small Business Administration.”. (b) Conforming Amendments.— Section 5316 of such title is amended by striking out the paragraphs relating to— (1) the Inspector General of the Department of Commerce; (2) the Inspector General of the Department of the Interior; (3) the Inspector General of the Agency for International Development; (4) the Inspector General of the Community Services Administration; (5) the Inspector General of the Environmental Protection Agency, (6) the Inspector General of the General Services Administration; (7) the Inspector General of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration; (8) the Inspector General of the Small Business Administration; (9) the Deputy Inspector General of the Department of Energy; and (10) the Deputy Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.
