TOTAL AUTHORIZATION.
SEC. 105. TOTAL AUTHORIZATION. Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the total amount authorized to be appropriated to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration under this Act shall not exceed— (1) for fiscal year 2001, $14,184,400,000; and (2) for fiscal year 2002, $14,625,400,000.
