REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION.

SEC. 111. REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION. On October 31, 1989, the head of each designated Federal entity (as defined under section 8E(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978) shall submit to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and to each House of the Congress a report on the status of the implementation by that designated Federal entity of the requirements of section 8E of such Act. Such report shall identify any area in which implementation is not complete and state the reasons for that failure.
