SEC. 201. EXTENSION OF RECIPROCAL PRIVILEGES. Section 217(a)(2)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act 8 U.S.C. 1187(a)(2)(A)) is amended by inserting “, either on its own or in conjunction with one or more other countries that are described in subparagraph (B) and that have established with it a common area for immigration admissions,” after “to extend)”.
