SEC. 306. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the activities of the Commission under this title— (1) $100,000 for fiscal year 2001; and (2) $250,000 for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2004.
