SEC. 311. PREMIUMS FOR TERM SERVICE DISABLED VETERANS’ INSURANCE FOR VETERANS OLDER THAN AGE 70. (a) Cap on Premiums.—Section 1922 is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection; “(c) The premium rate of any term insurance issued under this section shall not exceed the renewal age 70 premium rate ”. (b) Report.—Not later than September 30, 2001, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to Congress a report setting for the plan to liquidate the unfunded liability under me life insurance program under section 1922 of title 38, United States Code, not later than October 1, 2011.
