SEC. 701. GRANTS TO STATES. Section 314(c)(2) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1324(c)(2)) is amended by striking “$50,000,000” the first place it appears and all that follows through “1990” and inserting “$50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005”.
