SEC. 302. CARRY FORWARD ADJUSTMENT. The amendments made by section 204(b)(10)(A) of the Agricultural Risk Protection Act of 2000 shall apply beginning with under-marketings of the 2001 crop of burley tobacco and with marketings of the 2002 crop of burley tobacco.
