SEC. 316. PORK CHECKOFF REFERENDUM. Notwithstanding section 1620(c)(3)(B)(iv) of the Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act of 1985 (7 U.S.C. 4809(c)(3)(B)(iv)), the Secretary shall use funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to pay for all expenses associated with the 114 STAT. 2082pork checkoff referendum ordered by the Secretary on February 25, 2000.
