SEC. 1105. COLOR INSTANT PRINT FILM. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.37.01 Instant print film of a kind used for color photography (provided for in subheading 3701.20.00) 2.8% No change No change On or before 12/31/2003 ”.
