SEC. 1154. TRIM AND FORM MACHINES. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in the numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.84.40 Trimming and forming machines used in the manufacture of surface mounted electronic components other than semiconductors prior to marking (provided for in subheadings 8462.21.80. 8462.29.80. and 8463.30.00) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2003 ”.
