SEC. 1196. POLY(VINYL CHLORIDE) (PVC) SELF-ADHESIVE SHEETS. Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.39.01 Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) self-adhesive sheets, of a kind used to make bandages (provided for in subheading 3919.10.20) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2003 ”.
