Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.38.13 Mixtures of sulfur (80 percent by weight) and application adjuvants (CAS No. 7704–34–9) (provided for in subheading 3808.20.50) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2003 ”.
