SEC. 1417. RELIQUIDATION OF CERTAIN DRAWBACK CLAIMS RELATING TO JUICES. (a) In General.—Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision of law, the United States Customs Service shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, liquidate or reliquidate the drawback claims as filed described in subsection (b).
