SEC. 1451. ALTERNATIVE MID-POINT INTEREST ACCOUNTING METHODOLOGY FOR UNDERPAYMENT OF DUTIES AND FEES. Section 505(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1505(c)) is amended by striking “For the period beginning on” and all that follows through “the Secretary may prescribe” and inserting “The Secretary may prescribe”.
