SEC. 1457. COLLECTION OF FEES FOR CUSTOMS SERVICES FOR ARRIVAL OF CERTAIN FERRIES. Section 13031(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (19 U.S.C. 58c(b)(1)(A)(iii)) is amended to read as follows: “(iii) the arrival of a ferry, except for a ferry whose operations begin on or after August 1, 1999, and that operates south of 27 degrees latitude and east of 89 degrees longitude; or”.
