SEC. 1465. CUSTOMS SERVICES AT THE DETROIT METROPOLITAN AIRPORT. The Commissioner of the Customs Service shall re-implement the policy in effect prior to January 1, 1999, at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport to provide services at remote locations of the Airport, except that such services shall be provided only on a reimbursable basis.
