SEC. 312. NUTRITION SERVICES. (a) Repeal.—Subpart 3 of part C of title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030g-11 et seq.) is repealed. (b) Redesignation.—Part C of title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030e et seq.) is amended by redesignating subpart 4 as subpart 3. (c) Program Authorized.—Section 331(2) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030e(2)) is amended by inserting “, including adult day care facilities and multigenerational meal sites” before the semi-colon.
