SEC. 707. NATIVE AMERICAN PROGRAMS. Section 751(d) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3058aa(d)) is amended to read as follows: “(d) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2001, and such sums as may be necessary for subsequent fiscal years.”.
