ELIGIBILITY.

SEC. 601. ELIGIBILITY. Section 612 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3057c) is amended— (1) by redesignating subsection (b) as subsection (c); and (2) by inserting after subsection (a) the following: “(b) An Indian tribe represented by an organization specified in subsection (a) shall be eligible for only one grant under this part for any fiscal year. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude an Indian tribe represented by an organization specified in subsection (a) from receiving a grant under section 631.”.
