SEC. 112. REPEAL OF EXCEPTION TO FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENT. (a) Repeal.—Section 4 of Public Law 103–195 (107 Stat. 2298) is hereby repealed. (b) Effective Date.—Subsection (a) shall take effect 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
