TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH ACT OF 2000.

SEC. 1001. TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH ACT OF 2000. (a) In General.—Section 2701 of the Children’s Health Act of 2000 is amended by striking “part 45 of title 46” and inserting “part 46 of title 45”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) takes effect on the date of the enactment of the Children’s Health Act of 2000.
