SEC. 103. UNDER SECRETARY FOR TECHNOLOGY.In addition to any sums otherwise authorized by this title, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 1989— (1) $1,000,000 for the activities of the Office of the Under Secretary of Commerce for Technology, as established in section 201(a); and (2) $2,000,000 for the activities of the Office of Technology Policy, as established in such section.
