SEC. 303. ST. PAUL HARBOR, ST. PAUL, ALASKA. The project for navigation, St. Paul Harbor, St. Paul, Alaska, authorized by section 101(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3667), is modified to include the construction of additional features for a small boat harbor with an entrance 113 STAT. 299channel and maneuvering area dredged to a 20-foot depth and appropriate wave protection features at an additional estimated total cost of $12,700,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $5,000,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $7,700,000.
