SEC. 327. TWELVE-MILE BAYOU, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA. The Red River Below Denison Dam project, authorized by section 10 of the Flood Control Act of 1946 (60 Stat. 647), is modified to incorporate the Twelve-Mile Bayou and levee from its confluence with the Red River and levee approximately 26 miles upstream to the vicinity of Black Bayou, Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
