SEC. 351. SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 313(g)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4846; 110 Stat. 3723) is amended by striking “$80,000,000” and inserting “$180,000,000”. (b) Corps of Engineers Expenses.—Section 313(g) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4846) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(4) Corps of engineers expenses.—10 percent of the amounts appropriated to carry out this section for each of fiscal years 2000 through 2002 may be used by the Corps of Engineers district offices to administer and implement projects under this section at 100 percent Federal expense.”.
