LAKES PROGRAM.

SEC. 220. LAKES PROGRAM. Section 602(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4148; 110 Stat. 3758) is amended— (1) in paragraph (14), by inserting “and nutrient monitoring” after “growth”; (2) in paragraph (15), by striking “and” at the end; (3) in paragraph (16), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (4) by adding at the end the following: “(17) Clear Lake, Lake County, California, removal of silt and aquatic growth and measures to address excessive sedimentation and high nutrient concentration; “(18) Flints Pond, Hollis, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, removal of silt and aquatic growth and measures to address excessive sedimentation; and “(19) Osgood Pond, Milford, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, removal of silt and aquatic growth and measures to address excessive sedimentation.”.
