SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; SHORT REFERENCES TO ACTS. (a) Short Title.—This Act may be cited as the “Immigration Technical Corrections Act of 1988”. (b) Abbreviated References Used in Act.—In this Act: (1) The term “IRCA” refers to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (Public Law 99–603). (2) The term “DOJAA” refers to the Department of Justice Appropriation Act, 1987 (as contained in section 101(b) of Public Law 99–500). (3) The term “IMFA” refers to the Immigration Marriage Fraud Amendments of 1986 (Public Law 99–639). (4) The term “INAA” refers to the Immigration and Nationality Act Amendments of 1986 (Public Law 99–653).
