SEC. 302. NOGALES WASH AND TRIBUTARIES, NOGALES, ARIZONA. The project for flood control, Nogales Wash and tributaries, Nogales, Arizona, authorized by section 101(a)(4) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1990 (104 Stat. 4606), and modified by section 303 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3711), is further modified to provide that the Federal share of the costs associated with addressing flood control problems 114 STAT. 2601in Nogales, Arizona, arising from floodwater flows originating in Mexico shall be 100 percent.
