SEC. 307. REHOBOTH BEACH AND DEWEY BEACH, DELAWARE. The project for storm damage reduction and shoreline protection, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, Delaware, authorized by section 101(b)(6) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3667), is modified to authorize the project to be carried out at a total cost of $13,997,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $9,098,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $4,899,000, and an estimated average annual cost of $1,320,000 for periodic nourishment over the 50-year life of the project, with an estimated annual Federal cost of $858,000 and an estimated annual non-Federal cost of $462,000.
