SEC. 311. KASKASKIA RIVER, KASKASKIA, ILLINOIS. The project for navigation, Kaskaskia River, Kaskaskia, Illinois, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1175), is modified to include recreation as a project purpose.
