SEC. 319. WILLIAM JENNINGS RANDOLPH LAKE, MARYLAND. (a) In General.—The Secretary may provide design and construction assistance for recreational facilities in the State of Maryland at the William Jennings Randolph Lake (Bloomington Dam), Maryland and West Virginia, project authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1182). (b) Non-Federal Share.—The Secretary shall require the non-Federal interest to provide 50 percent of the costs of designing and constructing the recreational facilities under subsection (a).114 STAT. 2605
