SEC. 340. LOWER MUD RIVER, MILTON, WEST VIRGINIA. The project for flood damage reduction, Lower Mud River, Milton, West Virginia, authorized by section 580 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3790), is modified to direct the Secretary to carry out the project.
