SEC 103. ARMY AIR DEFENSE SYSTEM (a) Limitation.—The Secretary of the Army may obligate fiscal year 1989 missile procurement funds that are available for advance procurement for the Air Defense Anti-Tank (ADATS) System only to support continued low-rate production of such system. (b) Funds Covered.—For purposes of subsection (a), fiscal year 1989 missile procurement funds are funds appropriated to or for the use of the Army for fiscal year 1989 for procurement of missiles and funds otherwise made available to the Army for fiscal year 1989 for that purpose.
