SEC. 217. REHABILITATION OF FEDERAL FLOOD CONTROL LEVEES. Section 110(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1990 (104 Stat. 4622) is amended by striking “1992,” and all that follows through “1996” and inserting “2001 through 2005”.
