SEC. 227. FLOOD MITIGATION AND RIVERINE RESTORATION. Section 212(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (33 U.S.C. 2332(e)) is amended— (1) by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (22); (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (23) and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(24) Perry Creek, Iowa; “(25) Lester, St. Louis, East Savanna, and Floodwood Rivers, Duluth, Minnesota; “(26) Lower Hudson River and tributaries, New York; “(27) Susquehanna River watershed, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; and “(28) Clear Creek, Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties, Texas.”.
